Time to go back

It's been already three months since I got back to Korea. I haven't done much this summer, but I took a good rest, and hopefully it will help me to focus on my work when I get back. Now, it is time to go back to my life in the states: studying. It is always exciting to get into the new environment and I hope I would adapt to it without much problem like many times before.

One study found out that when someone decides to do something, his brain can endure 3 days of stresses from following the decision. That is, it normaly does not happen that people decide to do something and keep that going for a long time. People need to refresh their decision every 3 days. Looking back before I came back to Bates, I thought my biggest problem was the inconsistency, but the real problem was the ignorance of human nature of the inconsistency. I will keep this in mind, and there are a few things that I have decided to do this time:

- try not to seek for a respose but rather try to get busy.
- try to minimize socializing but rather try to work on my own studying.
- try not to eat much and try to work out at least 3 times a week.

I realized that I love myself very much and I know that I won't let myself fall into a pit.
I believe in my abilities to make myself proud. Let's try.
